Sipframe modular systems are based on lightweight, strong and energy efficient Structural Insulated Panel systems - SIPs. Completed factory built modules are transported to site and erected on pre-prepared foundations. Buildings are complete with bathroom and kitchen ‘pods’, service stacks, plumbing, electrics, lighting, computer circuitry and other elements stipulated by the client. Matching existing facades is not a problem as external finishes can include brick slips, concrete render, timber cladding, aluminum and zinc panels, marble, hanging tiles, etc.

Many commercial buildings/offices, particularly in high cost city centre locations just do not have space to expand outwards, often, the only way is up. Modular SIP solutions are ideal for this situation as they offer a lightweight building that can be dropped onto the top of an existing building without major structural adjustment and with all internal fittings already installed.
