Sipframe welcome enquiries from Specifiers and Developers for commercial projects of all types, including, Offices, Industrial units, Leisure centres, community buildings, shops, healthcare buildings, etc.

Sipframe can also provide companies involved in roofing construction and traditional developers with a fast, effective, highly insulated roofing system for existing and new buildings, replacing conventional roof trusses and freeing up to 20% additional space.

Hotels

Sipframe can call upon the experience of supply partner Hemsec Sips Ltd which is currently
constructing 3 new hotel contracts in England, which will all take advantage of SIPS panels to offer a highly competitive and fast track build solution.

The three contracts will use approximately 30 – 40,000 sqm.of Hemsec Sips panels with all 3 projects due for completion by January 2007.

Hemsec Sips and its Construction partner have successfully completed a 110 room hotel for a major hotel operator. This hotel project is unique in that all 4 storeys were achieved using Bison Beam concrete floors resting directly onto Hemsec Sips.

Extensive testing was carried out to satisfy strict building regulation

Schools

As a Hemsec SIPs supply and installation partner, Sipframe can offer customers existing expertise in the design and construction of school buildings. Further to the success of the Castle Rock School project, Hemsec Sips in conjunction have been awarded 4 new school projects in England.

The 4 projects will in total incorporate the use of approximately 35,000 sqm. of Hemsec Sips panels of various thicknesses for both wall and roof applications.
